When you use our online booking system on the website, your personal information is stored together with your reservation. This data is stored and used only in the context of your stay with us.

Analytical data is archived indefinitely in order to see and follow our online growth and improve our activity.
Our customer purchase files are archived in accordance with Danish law.
We use an up-to-date firewall that notifies us at any time if our security has been breached, whether this is through a firewall breach or a password breach – we are notified as soon as possible and we can take care of the situation. In addition, our firewall provides weekly updates on thwarted attempts against our security as well as alerts on increased attempt activity, so we are always informed about possible attacks against our (and your) data.
Data rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you. You can ask to export a file containing the personal data we hold, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data. This does not include any data that we are obliged to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.
